Material composition

The compound determines strength and durability. Vinyl column pipes use 92% PVC polymer with 3% reinforcing agents and 3% titanium. They are produced with biaxially oriented extrusion and carbide-coated screw tooling, which Vinyl states gives 5X higher durability than conventional options.
